TargetSolutions Offers Comprehensive Online Course Library for School Districts

School districts manage an innumerable amount of responsibilities daily. School professionals oversee tasks ranging from the safety of students, to the effectiveness of teachers and staff, to the appropriate implementation of national and local policies.

Meet the Team: Get to Know Client Success Manager Elisha

Meet the Team Elisha

Born and raised in the GTA (meaning Greater Toronto Area, not Grand Theft Auto), Elisha Ercegovic joined TargetSolutions this past May as a Client Success Manager.

Before Elisha was welcomed to TargetSolutions, she previously worked with clients in the construction industry and had worked her way up in her previous role when she decided she was ready for a new challenge. Knowing what she wanted to grow in her career, she came across the open position at TargetSolutions for a Client Success Manager for Canada and the U.S..

Since this was a new role within the company, especially serving as the first Client Success Manager for Canada, Elisha saw this as an exciting opportunity where she could take her previous experience, and the advantage of living in Canada, to help establish policies and procedures that would bring greater success to clients.

New Special Education Training for Student and Paraeducator Safety

TargetSolutions’ engaging training catalog for school districts is designed to help education professionals ensure a safe and productive learning environment for students. Completed this year, TargetSolutions’ special education series consists of 16 engaging, video-driven courses that focus on the unique challenges paraeducators face when working with students with special needs.

This latest release of six new special education courses completes this series. Previous special education training courses addressed topics such as understanding inclusion and student behaviors and transporting students with special needs.

Meet the Team: Get to Know Client Success Manager Amy Cline

Account Manager Amy ClineOriginally from North Carolina, Amy Cline moved to San Diego about six years ago on a whim. Looking for an opportunity where she could make a difference by giving back and helping first responders, she came across TargetSolutions.

After going through the interview process and feeling inspired by the company culture, Amy joined the TargetSolutions team as an Client Success Manager in April. She previously worked as a client success manager for a life insurance company where her daily interactions with clients has helped her with her transition into her new role in the public sector industry.

When asked how she felt about her experience so far, “Awesome! I’m recently new to the company and to the industry so there’s a lot to learn, but it feels great to be able to help first responders and to be part of a team that is so friendly and supportive.”

Meet the Team: Get to Know Account Manager Kelly Chuckta

Account Manager Kelly ChucktaKelly Chuckta joined the TargetSolutions team in August 2018 as an Account Manager focusing on implementation. After being raised in Orange County, CA, where she would meet her spouse, they made San Diego home.

Kelly worked in the grocery industry for 35 years and was a Store Director when she was ready for a change. After hearing so many wonderful things about TargetSolutions and receiving encouragement from Ashley Bennett, who is also an Account Manager with TargetSolutions, she excitedly applied for the opportunity to join the Client Success team.

“There’s a sign on our office door that reads, ‘Serving Heroes Every Day,’ and to have the opportunity to perform that service is really inspiring and very rewarding.” Her interactions with clients have been so positive and they have been so appreciative she knows that the work she is doing is important and is helping others.

Account Manager Roger Garcia

Roger Garcia joined TargetSolutions as a Client Success Manager in November 2018. Originally from Guatemala, Roger moved to San Diego when he was 11 years old where he learned English and later attended community college where he studied hotel management. After working in the travel industry for 15 years, he began looking for a change, wanting an opportunity to do work that was meaningful and helped people.

One day, he received a message through LinkedIn about an opportunity to join TargetSolutions. After researching the company and going through the interview process, he knew it would be a perfect fit. He could see that the company is passionate about what they do and cares about their clients and wants their employees to succeed.

When asked how his experience has been so far, “It’s been great. To be able to service first responders is amazing. I truly feel that the work I’m doing is making a difference and helping others.”

Two All-New Special Education Training Courses for Behavioral Management in the Classroom
